	I use to RP at the Nexus...but after sifting through Loki's daughter/OC X-men characters, and baby versions of canonical characters, only started going there when my fandom had an update. And now due to all the stupidity, hardly anyone from my fandom will go there anymore. (Reply to this)(Thread)

I just don't get how the nexus is supposed to be at all fun. Especially given the lack of moderation/quailty control and the sheer amount of wank that it causes, I think I'd have to have an instruction manual just to figure out how in fuck you're supposed to enjoy playing there.

I mean I'd literally post a 'why is this fun anyway' post on brps myself but, like I need the wank?

	I'm only mildly active in two of the Nexus RPs (three if you count Milliways) but I like them. Part of this could be that Milliways is the only one that has a lot of activity from my main fandom and the people are generally cool. Seeing all this Nexus wank about recently makes me wonder why I haven't gotten bitched out for being a newb yet. Every time there's wank, I always see a ton of anti-newbs that suddenly pop out of the wordwork, complaining about the "good old days," and how now everything is "stupid," and all the new players "ruined everything." Kinda makes it hard for me to sympathize with them when I hear that they secretly despise me for only being there a few months. ;)

And y'know, I was JUST about to introduce a new character before I saw this? *tsk* Looks like I have an excuse for putting it off 'til later.
