At least part of your problem lies in the tag < lj-comm="doctorwho" >. Don't try to use LJ tags for this one. Instead, use the "a href" tags to create a link to the comm. After all, it's on LJ, not on JF. In addition, "lj-comm" isn't correct. The comm tags are the same as the usertags. For example, if you're on LJ and want to link a comm with that name, you'd type < lj user="doctorwho" > (but without the spaces inside the carats). Hope this helps!

I feel sort of guilty for posting this - I am a part of the community. It's full of nice, if slightly odd people (but nice-and-slightly-odd is a requirement for being a Who fan...) Anyway... this isn't just Slash!wank, but Asexuality!Wank. Let's just call it Ultimate Nostalgia Bingo Wank!

Anybody who thought there was no sexuality present in the original series wasn't actually watching the show, or was simply too young (or moronic) to understand them. Shows that have ostensibly been "for kids" have almost always had double entendres that the adults would get, and Doctor Who is no exception. Sweet suffering Jesus, the Beeb itself lists some of the more snort-worthy quotes in its online episode guide.
