DDR isn't for kids, so sayeth DDRFreak.com elitists
Over at DDRFreak.com, Konami makes an announcement on May 9 that they are producing a Saturday morning children's show called "Dance Revolution" featuring teenaged kids battling each other on the DDR machine.

Immediately everybody cries "Waaaah all the little kids are gonna start playing my game now and it's gonna be ruined..." Never mind that the last new release of an arcade DDR machine was on Christmas 2002. Still, practically everybody cries about Konami not knowing what they're doing, how all the little kids are gonna start playing at their arcades now, ruining their experiences, and writing useless online petitions to get it stopped.

Five pages so far, with very few voices of reason on that board. I wouldn't be surprised if this went further too.

(ETA: Link fixed now to point to correct thread.)
