Where to start? This is centered around the japanese band Moi dix mois. They began venturing outside of Japan last year, with a visit to Europe and returned this spring.
European fans = happy
American fans = jealous, but expectant that their turn will come sooner or later.

Enter Batsu.org (site runs r-e-a-l-l-y slowly at the moment), a forum for discussing japanese rock music. They also used to have a download area, but this is maybe gone? Anyway, you will see references to this throughout the wank.

The owner of Batsu opens up something called Batsu Entertainment and announces that, finally, Moi dix mois are coming to the US! Yay!

...only not. Because the fanclub members haven't been informed, and everyone who knows anything knows that this is a great crime and injustice. Also, Mana (band leader, see my icon) can be a twitchy little guitarist and if it's not done his way, it's not done at all, so fans fret.

The batsu-ent.com website is apparently owned by a fellow named "Warp Forge", who has an email address boasting about his hacking abilities. It doesn't inspire confidence, if you know what I mean.

Oh, I can sure judge Batsu. But that's because I've looked at it over a period of two years or so and so I know how it is there. It's a bunch of blithering, disrespectful idiots. I know there are intelligent people there, but on the whole it's not a place (I know it's not with the forum, but by extension it is) I would think of Mana affiliating himself with.

True fans know that Mana is too pristine for the americas...

But basically it was the same thing as Dir en grey coming over; I'm afraid of them becoming the victims to those claiming to be otaku, just because they're Japanese & Mana's pretty well known at Anime conventions.
I also believe that the U.S. is very unfitting for Mana-sama's image... Many would disagree with me for this.. but I really don't want to start anything, so allow me just to say that we'll all think what we like.^^;;

And then some members start talking about flaming and trolling the Batsu forums, because there's only retarded fangirls there. Or something. Since this goes on for 23 pages, with some occasional squee from the newbies, I can't be arsed to go through it all.

Then one day the news are GONE! Nobody knows what is going on any longer and people start to get annoyed. Are M10M coming or not?

Everyone waits, get more annoyed and demands some damn answers was going to be a link, but that thread appears to be deleted from the Batsu forum. Oh well

Until, finally, it is revealed from both the official fanclub and other sources that Moi dix mois is indeed on their way! Celebrations, yes?
...not quite.

First of all, Batsu Ent. has inexplainably morphed into Nofuture.biz. But with the same IP. Uhm, yes.

Reactions are divided, to say the least. Some people jump with joy, others keep on with the Batsu/Nofuture hate.

And others are just suspicious that there's something wrong... they have their reasons.
I suggest not lying about bands touring D:
EXAMPLE: Moi Dix Mois tickets were supposed to go on sale on Ticketmaster at 5pm today. I just checked Ticketmaster at about 3pm, and ALL the Moi Dix Mois tour info had vanished.
I find that VERY fishy. And it makes me angry.

And then, to top it off the entire shiznit is CANCELLED!

Hey, from my side of the ocean, this is really fascinating. And I thought NeoTokyo were shitty at organizing japanese concerts. I take it all back

To sum it up:
The guy who owns Batsu is either incompetent or a scammer. The elitist bitches people from Scape are pissed at him and his board. The annoying newbies people on the Batsu forums are angry at Scape, Batsu and, soon enough, their non-refundable travel tickets. Everyone wanks.

Mana is probably also miffed at someone but don't ask me who.
