Fail mods are failing

[info]sepiamagpie
Dearest, beloved, Fandom Wank.

I know you were looking forward to great excitement today. Some of you said words to me that indicated you anticipated fiery 'judgement' upon those who remained fresh and dewey white, those you call n00bs.

Anyway, you got today instead.

Stop anticipating things, we'll just break your hearts.

Sincerely,

Sepia P. Magpie, Esq.

PS: Use this post to reflect on how you could be better people. Or just fuck around in the comments.

E!News, more powerful than Nielsen...

[info]funkyhelix

How desperate is the Veronica Mars fandom to save their show? A bit.

Believing that the E! Entertainment Network has the power to save a show, some fans have created a special web page to teach other fans step-by-step, how to cheat the E! poll.

Oh, so giggle worthy )

Yes. Let's do a mental check. That would be fabulous. :)

And remember kids, do not post this on any other site! Unless it's to point and laugh. Because then it's hilarious.

In case of site deletion.

Edit: And we have site deletion.

The stupid. It burns.

[info]troll
[info]inthevast posts an e-mail address of the CW network programming executive to the veronica_mars community. Problem? She got it from
Grave Watchers, a community of disgruntled ex-fans which is devoted to three subjects:

- How much the show sucks now.
- How to make sure it gets cancelled this year. (This is where the e-mail address came from)
- and how much of a raging, selfish, untalented, mean, fake, fugly, hypocritical bitch Veronica Mars's star Kristen Bell is and how she has no taste in choosing roles, men, clothes, make-up and how she gets co-stars fired. In short, Kristen Bell gives puppies AIDS.

The community is locked, so a lot of its members take offense and [info]inthevast replies to each and everyone of them. Some of the replies are bitchier than others. The Grave Watchers ban her from the community and she posts a screencap of the entry with e-mail address. More wank ensues.

And this point everyone stops caring that the e-mail address is public internet knowledge, because it makes more fun to wank about LJ etiquette and the real purpose of the Grave Watchers community.

The community maintainer okays the post, because "hey, publicly available information." The wank continues over at Cloud Watchers, a Save the Show community where [info]inthevast also re-posted the e-mail address. Its mod doesn't give a shit because logic isn't her strong point:

people who belong to said locked community took information from a locked post in my private livejournal account (not even a community) and posted about it.

Veronica Mars Fandom, never change your stupid ways.
