Normally I'd agree, but this isn't a case of screwing with a legitimate user's account. The account was created sheerly to troll. And, one assumes, will be booted from JF.

Of course, ultimately, I tend to agree that deleting it is better than modifying it. When people posted comments, they really should have known the entry would inevitably be deleted.
