Unless you are really, really quick with the unscreening, you will probably get lots and lots of reports about the big and loud and shiny wanks (HP, for example). People will only stop reporting them when the first report shows up.

Also, do whatever you need to fight against trolling, but I don't think it is a good idea to mix this with a campaign to increase the wank report quality, at all.

Frankly, I am not sure if I can trust all of our mods to handle this tool in a sensible way. Dealing with obvious trolls, of course, but judging what constitutes a good wank and what doesn't? Less so.
