[Request] F_W Rules Clarification
I recently posted an entry in OTF_Wank that involved a journal of a potential minor. As a long-time lurker of F_W, I knew that minors were a sensitive issue because of the TOS, so I spent a while combing the rules to make sure it was ok to post something about it.

Coming up with the wrong conclusion based on the word "linking", I posted the wank. [info]phosfate was kind enough to clarify some issues and I decided that I had reasonable cause to think that the poster was a minor. I therefore I removed everything pertaining to his journal (except the initial community post in which his friend posted a snippet from his journal).

So, my request is this, is there any way that the F_W rules can be updated from "linking" to "linking, reposting, or otherwise including material from a minor's private journal" or something along those lines? It would really help those of us who are eager but a little too literal minded at times.

Sure.

As a side note, that rule isn't one you need to worry about too much. As long as a cursory investigation (i.e., looking at the userinfo) doesn't make it obvious they're a minor (i.e., listed date of birth or age), post away.

Ah, I was going to get to asking this question at some point, but it's nice to see it clarified.
