FW-ish term origins
There are some terms that I associate with FW (espcially in icons), but probably didn't originate there. So, can anyone state the origins of the following terms? (And any other FW-ish terms that others might point out):
"Bitch, please."
"Bitch, are you for real?"
"Beetch, I keel joo!"
" << word >> , much"? (i.e., "Hypocritcal, much?")
ETA: "Won't you think of the children? They think of you... naked."
