A few nights ago, while reading some posts at Fandom Wank, I remembered one that happened on lj about a year or so ago.

I think it dealt with the HP fandom, and some guy/gal addded a gazillion people to his/her friends page because one of his/her friends wrote a fic and it didn't get good feedback, plus that person (not the fic writer, the lj friend adder) didn't like slash or something. So he/she added everyone and mother's uncle to their friends page so they could 'watch them'.

I think a couple people on my lj friends list was even friended by this watcher and what not.

Does anyone else remember what I'm referring to?

	I vaugley remember the word 'watching' or 'watch' was in the name. I was racking my brain the other night trying to remember the name, but couldn't. The only thing I remember was the insanity of it, that the person added all those people just so he/she could watch them, and because they all were in the same fandom. 	Thank you! Yeah I just didn't remember when I was. I was on lj when it happened, and several people who were on my lj friends list had been friended by this individual. That's how I found out about it originaly. (Reply to this)(Parent)
