According to Wikipedia, the Chronicles of Narnia DVD was released April 4, 2006. The wank should have happened shortly after that. I'll poke around and see if I can find it.

They're not. *sadface* The original instructions were published here locally in a free "paper" (I live in Focusville). The Seattle paper picked up on the article about the same time as Focus did and changed their system.

They do if you donate $1 or more. You'll get snail mail spam for the rest of your life, but I think that's a pretty fair tradeoff for a near endless supply of ironic shirts (most of which go to my local family-focused-in-a-remarkably-sane-way charity).
