JKR forgot about Poland!

unfunnybusiness Kristallnacht post reminded me of this one HP wank where the wanker said that JKR having that Deathly Hallows scene where Harry rescues Muggle-borns from the Ministry of Magic is the same as saying that Poland made no contributions to WWII, or something like that. Does that ring any bells?

	It's the one about alchemia's post. And it was more about how the WW2 analogy made in the book was crap, I think, by disregarding long-term resistance efforts by using a deus-ex-machina type hero sweep in and save the day. It was last year about this time. I got real confused about it, because I'd discussed it with Al a few days later, and got more confused. (Reply to this)(Thread)
