Weekly Advertising Post
This post is for the advertising of games that would like more female pups, specifical pups or 'more girls in general'. If you would like to post about an individual storyline, you may post in the comments here or make it a new, individual post. You may also post if you are looking for a private storyline, but you must be looking for the female pup, not already playing the female pup, in that case.

Weekly Discussion - Connecting With Other Players
I'm sorry that things have been let slide here, let's just blame it on RL and I will be posting weekly discussion posts, as well as weekly advertising posts, on Sunday nights (Australian time) from now on.
This particular topic doesn't only involve girl pups, but it is an area that can be more difficult with girl pups.
Making connections with people for RP can be difficult. There are the muns who turn out to be crazy, those who flake out and disappear on you, the ones who are interested until a guy pup comes along (this can happen in femslash or het), and it's utter hell when you're AIM shy and don't feel comfortable pinging people out of the blue to get to know them better (with or without a view to playing), or even feel comfortable pinging people first.
It could be easier in a fandom game (I'm not in any) - if your pup has canon connections, it's rare for them not to at least be able to do some friendship scenes, which hopefully leads to people seeing the pup and being interested in some play with the pup.
And god knows some pups who have great meta-chemistry, or greath theory-chemistry then... don't. Which is why I'm a hearty advocate of a test tag before the pup is even brought into game to be certain. I've had pups who I test tagged with people I had several other storylines with and that particular pairing just did not spark.
So it can be hard.
But there are ways to do it. I'd love to hear thoughts on this :)
