So, Dan was looking for gravitas and serious credibility? If that wasindeed his goal then anyone who can read the comments on this commentboard can tell that he has failed.

90% of the comments are on the lines of "OOO La La", "Hubba Hubba","OMIGOSH I need a cold shower", "Drool" not to mention the ever popular"Squee!"

Serious credibility and gravitas does NOT EQUAL nudity. There are otherroles he could have chosen that would have been different from HarryPotter and established him as a serious actor that have nothing to dowith posing naked.

He chose a project that would purposely shock and/or titilate his fanbase. And he clearly succeeded. Kudos to him on that one. Britney &Lindsay WERE congratulating him afterall.

Oh, and are you also going to claim that his appearance on Extras wasalso chosen to increase his serious credibilty and gravitas? Because,you know, nothing says serious like spewing 4 letter words and playingwith condoms.

It might be immoral in your eyes or others but it is in some otherpeoples. People have different values. As to my view on this wholething. To be a good actor, you have to be convincing in pretty muchevery role you play. Dad is doing this to get out of the harry potterlabel, and that is stupid. Why do movies like harry potter if you don'twant it to be known for it. Anyways that is my view. Don't attack me.

This is harry potter website, parents let their childrenvisit "harry potter" websites like this one, mugglenet, hpana etc. Yeta child visiting these sites are exposed to these naked pictures. Howcan you blame parents for that. This is supposed to be a save and funwebsite for children to come and satisfy their hp needs. Parents wouldhave to make the choice to not let their children come to leaky ormugglenet anymore if they don't want them to see these pictures. Isthat fair to the kids or the parents? They didn't have to put thepictures on these sites. Anyone who wanted to see it could have gone toDan's site or equus'site. That is not telling people what to write orlook or do. These sites should have been responsible knowing that thereare children that come to their sites.
