Going off of [info]donna's comment above, google seems to indicate that it's from an episode of Dark Angel. Never having watched Dark Angel, I wouldn't know for sure, but that would seem to be the place to start.

It's from the second season of Dark Angel, episode 2x11, "The Berrisford Agenda". Jen played the character of Alec/X5-494 in the second season. He was basically the only reason to watch the show at that point, but SO WORTH IT.

Not coincidentally, it was the finest episode of the season, and one of the best of the entire series.
