It occurs to me sometimes that it might be easier if I put fewer choices on the poll, but then I think, no, I am too cruel to make it easy. CHOOSE NOW MWAHAHAHAHAHA!

And now for a moment of explanation on those last two:
Crushes of Shame, suggested by ![[info]](http://www.journalfen.net/img/userinfo.gif) grapefruitzzz, would be a slightly more interactive type of picspam than normal, wherein I would put up a post with all comments screened, you would use it to confess to all those secret crushes you are ashamed of having, and I would post pictures of your secret shameful crushes without ever actually naming you. And then, perhaps, we could use the comments section to cry on each other's shoulders. Good times!
Member Submissions, on the other hand, would involve you sending in pictures (via email, journal comments, whatever) and me posting them, without any real theme other than that. We can do a screened-comments post for that one, too, if you don't want to ruin the surprise, and I could possibly also use pictures that people have already sent in prior to now, as well. Also, I would reserve the right to edit pictures as necessary for size, and also please keep in mind that I may not be able to post every single picture that you send (although I will do my best).
And so, with that in mind, good luck to everyone, and may the best picspam subject win!

SERIOUSLY. I will always vote for costume drama, because then I get hot people in gorgeous clothes, but man, People In Suits was a close second.
You had me as soon as you added "AND ALSO WOMEN" to the suits option. Mmmm, ladies in suits... :D

I got paranoid about the image sizes, but. Costume drama folder!Including Sense and Sensibility (wherein Severus Snape moons over Rose DeWitt Bukater, Gregory House is married to Dolores Unbridge, and Sybil Trelawney marries the Prime Minister of Britain -- her brother), Shadow in the North (providing Eleventy), Wilde (because everything is better with Stephen Fry), Elizabeth (because dude, do you remember that cast?!) and others, as I get to them. COSTUME DRAMA, YAY!

I'mma steal a few of those and maybe add some of my own (needs moar Jeremy Northam as Mr. Knightley, Julia Sawalha from Pride and Prejudice, a recent Northanger Abbey adaptation and Lost In Austen) for some commentspam :D
It was the result of a very quick Google and upload. I totally agree with the moar needed element :) Also, I would like to state that it is Very Hard on a Google Images Search to tell if it is actually Oscar Wilde or Stephen Fry as Oscar Wilde.

Have you seen the QI special where he dressed up as Oscar Wilde? It was hard to see if it was Stephen Fry, or James May, even!

I am restraining myself here, folks!  Christian Bale in Little Women.  Joseph Fiennes as Shakespeare.  Stephen Fry as Oscar Wilde  Perhaps it doesn't entirely count as costume drama, but Holmes? Not so much costume drama as costume comedy:  Blackadder! Especially series 2 and 3!  We'll still get our Bruce Campbell fix.  Oh yes, yes we do.  And Jeremy Northam and Gwyneth Paltrow.

It's placing a strong second, and yet you seem to be the only person willing to go on record in the comments as having voted for it. I kind of love that a little. It seems fitting somehow.
It's aversion therapy, because my LJ is practically dead due to not people to lol at my uncool fandom choices.

I really admire people who can mix up srs debate with 'OMG THAT DUDE FROM THAT SOAP OPERA TOOK HIS SHIRT OFF TODAY!'. I tried using a sock but got too lazy to log in and out all the time.
I was going to vote for member submissions, since it sounds like fun, but then I realized that men in suits would include lots of pictures of these cute mofos!   Come on, cutest, right? It's Ringo's birthday! Do it for Ringo!
