Yes, the second one, with Lucy Liu and Antonio Banderas choking each other. I think it's just called "Ballistic" in the file name, because the full name of the movie is Ballistic: Ecks Vs. Sever, even though apparently they actually work together for the vast majority of the film according to the few people who could actually follow that much of the plot.
I like that you imply there is a plot.
