Yes, that's what I meant :) I would also throw in "nsfw" tag and "athlete" tag and so on. I think we should have the subject lines also used, so the calendar can used more easily. Ummm, definitely the Vintage Day can be monthly - I'd like to do the Poll/Big Picspam Day every other week, because that would be sweet. Or is that too much, you think?

I think maybe Big Picspam Day monthly, too? We could open the poll on the first of the month, have everyone vote on the choices, and then do a picspam of the winner on the last day of the month. That would be keen! And also it would give us more time to gather pics. XD

Do you want to make it a sticky post, or just a regular post with a link in the links list or the userinfo or something? Does this layout support a links list on the side? Or a tags list? Or do we need to do a tags post maybe?

I've made a sticky post already, but I can also add a link in the userinfo, no biggie. Tags are listed on the side of this layout - I just checked. The link to tags is http://www.journalfen.net/community/hot_daily/tag/ so I can add that to the userinfo, easy peesy.

I believe if you re-fill out the poll, it just changes your answer. So like, say you voted for Karl Urban last month? You can vote for someone else this month, or vote Karl Urban again.
