There has been a slight delay in this month's picspam, but fear not! Hot vintage pics are coming, just not until a little bit later this evening. I'm sorry! Please don't beat me! Unless, y'know, it's the good kind of beating, in which case you are free to carry on. I LOVE YOU ALL! *hugs*

Despite serious questions of voter fraud (which may or may not eventually engender several manual recounts to be handled by the Minnesota state government, y'know, while they're at it), I would be remiss in my duties if I did not remind you all that there is only one week left to vote in this month's mockery of a travesty of a sham of a poll. Go Lizard People Tickybox!

Also, as some of you may have noticed, we're having a bit of layout trouble here lately. That's because JF in general is having a bit of layout trouble here lately, which has to do with LJ's server move, and although there's supposedly a workaround for it, I haven't been able to get it to work yet, sorry. Currently all layouts based on the Bloggish and Style Contest styles are affected, so basically anything with a tag list by default, which is annoying but should be resolved soon, one way or another. Thank you for your patience! You are all fab. <3

First off, I'd like to say how awesome it is that there's been a positive response to this comm! IT DELIGHTS ME. :D But us mods are a bit indecisive, so we were going to ask you about cuts and NSFW requirements.

Our original rule is that NSFW things will go under cuts and will be labeled as such, and also pictures exceeding 600X600 or a 75-100k range to spare your flist grief. However, we were curious if you would prefer to have all pictures behind cuts.

Our second question is what you feel is exactly NSFW. General nudity we're clear on. But would you prefer we cut shirtless men or underwear pictures? So we have a poll for that. With pictures >:)

And on that NSFW note, we've decided to introduce NSFW Monday (Or Undie Monday! :D). So every Monday, in hopes to brighten your day and start your week off on the right step, we'll be posting NSFW pictures.

Anyway, from now on NSFW and big images go behind a cut, and underwear/bathing suit-clad women and men will go under a cut, but not shirtless men. Yes.

This is Hot_Daily, where we plan to post a picture of a hot lady or dude everyday because Jensen_Ackles_daily would not be as popular. As of June 12th, rules are as follows:

1. Only daily. There won't be huge spams of multiple posts. One picture a day.
2. Don't hotlink.
   
3. Only maintainers can post. That currently includes puipui , breecita  and rotten_fish . It's our job to keep this comm running. You can just sit back and relax.
4. Everything NSFW and too big goes under a cut, and will be labeled NSFW or too big. NSFW includes swimsuit/underwear-clad men and women, but shirtless men are not considered NSFW.
   
5. I see no reason for flock - so we won't use it.
6. Here is the tag post (or you can see them on the front page of the community) and we'll be using them as best we can.
   
7. Only people well-known/"published" will be posted. As in 'don't post yourself, don't post your neighbor, don't post your dog.' I'm also going to say 'don't post minors,' because while I know some famous kids are cute, they're still kids and it makes me feel like a weirdo. SO.
8. Real people! They can be characters from live-action shows/movies, but not cartoons. Or cartoon foxes.
   
9. Since we care about YOU, there will be Picspam Poll Day where you can vote for a picspam of someone that will be posted at the end of the month. There is also a suggestion post where you give a heads up to the mods about some hot person that thrills you, chills you, kisses you, kills you and we might not know about. The suggestion post is also where we'll pull the options for that month's picspam. Winners of the Picspam Poll will not join the poll again - second and third place will retain a spot on the poll, but the others will be removed and new options chosen.
   
10. Speaking of that, sometimes your hot is not other people's hot and vice versa. So don't bitch. Even if it's Jeffrey Dean Morgan.

Picspam Poll Day (or something catchier, if we can think of it) will be held on the last day of the month. On the first day of the month, we'll open a poll and the winner of said poll will then be featured.

Vintage Friday will be every Friday. "Vintage" pretty much means everything remotely "old." Whatever, Sheena Easton was a FOX.

Undie Monday will be every Monday and will have NSFW pictures as decided by previously stated comm guidelines.
