Given the... er... somewhat unusual nature of this month's poll, it was a bit difficult to determine an actual winner this time around. Or, at least, an actual winner that meets the requirements of the comm, which, now that I'm thinking about it, kind of specify real people. SADFACE. :(

It has recently come to my attention that there was a terrible oversight in last Thursday's Time Lords picspam. Oh noes!
