Have you enjoyed your picspam preview month, following quickly on the heels of your villain-themed month, all of which was meant to distract you from the fact that I have been terribly remiss in my picspamming duties and thus our February picspam seems to be taking place on the last day of April? Okay, so, things have been crazy for me lately, and between work stuff and birthday stuff and protesting stuff and Halloween stuff, I have not had a lot of time for getting a picspam together, I'm sorry, and I don't expect to have a lot of time in the near future, alas.
THEREFORE! In an unprecedented never-before-seen personal-sanity-saving WACKY WACKY GOOD TIMES step that you have NEVER SEEN BEFORE here on hot_daily, since it is already more than halfway through the month and we have yet to have either last month's picspam or this month's poll, OUR HAPPY HAPPY FUNTIME (IN SPACE!) THEME MONTH WILL CONTINUE YAY! And then we will have our picspam at the end of the month, with possibly a few more picspam previews before then. WE WILL SPEND OCTOBER IN SPACE! HOORAY!

AT LAST IT IS FINALLY PICSPAM DAY YAY! And this picspam is huge, OMG, so very very large, mainly because I adopted a fairly loose definition of "suit" that includes pretty much anything where a jacket and/or tie is involved, and also because I kind of got a little over-enthusiastic as I went along. IT JUST KEPT GROWING AND GROWING OUT OF CONTROL OMG! Counting the previews, it's our second largest picspam, after Muppets, because nothing will ever top Muppets.

 | 12:23 am - IT'S ANNIVERSARY TIME AGAIN!
OMG OMG OMG! It seems like only yesterday that our happy little comm starting posting pics, and yet it has been a whole year. A WHOLE YEAR! Our first six months were commemorated here, and they were fabulous, but our last six months have been JUST AS FABULOUS OMG!

And that was the last six months that was, or something like that. I am too addled by the sexy sexy sexiness to form sentences correctly. HOWEVER! I must still take the opportunity to mention a slight change comm policy...
As you may have noticed, one of the cornerstones of our first year here at hot_daily was a distinct lack of repetition. Aside from a few special days here and there (mainly for the Monthly Drag), our daily posts featured no repetition at all, with no one having their own day twice. It's a wonderful thing and I love it, but it's also very very difficult to keep up sometimes, and it prevents me from posting some lovely pictures that I feel it is my HONOR-BOUND DUTY to share. THEREFORE! There will be a slight loosening of this restriction in the days to come, and you may start seeing the occasional return visit from some old friends. IT WILL BE FUN! And once you see that picture of John Abraham in his underpants, I don't think you'll disagree. XD
Happy Anniversary, people! And don't forget about the suggestion post! Your suggestions make the comm go 'round. ♥ ♥ ♥

It's the end of the month, and Time Lords have won by three votes. Poor Karl; always a bridesmaid, never a bride.
But before we begin, fair warning: there are a lot of actors who have played Time Lords. If you include stage versions, audio-only versions, parody versions, etc. (which I do) then you could conceivably do a picspam just of actors who've played the Doctor, and it would be tremendously large. There is no way to include every Time Lord ever. So if your favorite got skipped, please don't feel left out; just post pics in the comments, and that'll make everything all better. XD
