I was going to be on time this month. I had such a good plan! I was going to use this weekend to gather pictures and write up a post and do all sorts of things! Oh, the things I was going to do!
And then, well, things happened. Glorious, magnificent, terribly wanky things that ate up my weekend and kept me from doing all the things that I should've been doing instead, with the exception of a short break on Saturday to go protest in support of Wisconsin unions. It was a long, hard-fought, tough, and really long battle this month, but Hotties Over 40 were finally able to shoot ahead at the very last moment to end up with a substantial lead. It may have helped that I spent most of yesterday begging people to change their votes to either of our two front runners, so long as it created a decisive victory for someone, because even as late as yesterday afternoon it was still essentially a tie. ACK ACK ACK!
And so, while I'd hoped our picspam would be on time this month, due to extenuating circumstances, it is not. I AM SO SORRY! I tried, I really did, but it was not to be, alas.
Please allow me to apologize with this unusually large picspam preview. I would've posted it earlier, but I kept getting distracted and adding more people. QUICKLY, I MUST POST NOW, BEFORE THEY USE THEIR SEXY WILES ON ME AGAIN!

Despite my ongoing computer issues today, it is, at last, that time again, and our winner this month is... Badass Chicks Who Can Kick Your Ass! Yay!
It got mentioned on the vote post that any Badass Chicks picspam would inevitably be similar to the Ridiculously Hot Women of Sci-Fi post, and in some respects, that's quite true, because sci-fi is often a haven for the type of ass-kicking women that you're not normally likely to see elsewhere. That being said, though, there is at least one major difference between that post and this one, in that this one won't be nearly so exhaustive, because that one nearly killed me. I'm sorry, I'm so sorry, but I have to think about my health! Please forgive me! ;_;
Also, this one's got real-life badass types, not just fictional ones. Score! So let's start with some kick-ass athletes, shall we? ( YES LET'S! )
