'just the thought of it makes me wanna perform an unforgivable curse on jkr!'
Gloatation is a mean-spirited anonymous LJ for archiving Harmonians' statements. Which I suppose doesn't make him/her/them any worse than us here in the goon squad. And the wank is already nicely gathered up over there in its latest entry.

What would you do if H/Hr doesn't happen?. Gleaned from Portkey. I'd suggest JKR beef up her security, but this lot hardly seems capable enough to carry out their threats.

One: Why these peoples think ROMANCE is the definition of a good book?

Do they realise it exist books without romance? Are they bad by default?

Two: No, seriously, how the girl and the sidekick is more cliché than the girl and the hero?

Three: I refuse to believe that the shipping has been set in HBP and that the final book is going to be all about JKR wrapping up her loose ends and the final defeat of Voldemort.

...no, I don't have words. They really think the plot is secondary.

if she does that, this series will be forgotten and the 7th movie will flunk! oh! wait no! warner bros wouldn't even dare make the 7th movie because they know that they will only be wasting money for a series that started right but ended wrong!

I "peasonally" think that a lot of Harmonians, most notably those with shipping references in their names, are just parroting what they've heard more well-known shippers say. Harmony so pure? The books will be forgotten without it? Bah. You lack conviction, little shippers.

It's weird, but looks like they desperately hope to bully JKR into feeling so sorry for them, and so guilty for causing their sufferings, she will make it all better and pair H/Hr just for them. Stupid, I know, but I can not imagine why else anyone would willingly present him/herself in such a whiny, dorky and generally "I-am-not-fit-for-life" image.

But... but... what, now? Go to Wal Mart and buy a few books with the sappy, romantic covers or something.

Am I the only one that's happy the 'shipping is out of the way and now we can finally get to the big finish? Or am I just weird or something?

KR could be the modern day Jane Austen but only if she creates H/Hr in the final book.

Probably my favorite.

My favorite is FALSE-S1GNS' assertion that Harry Potter will single handedly destroy the critical thinking capacity of the world.

And then he goes on to compare the "realistic" qualities of H/Hr vs R/Hr:

Does it bother me that people who ship R/Hr and H/G are in for a major disappointment? No. Why? Because in life you have to realize that even if a relationship of bickering and good make-up behavior is very angsty and gives the relationship a bit of intrigue, it is not realistic. Nor is a relationship that placates everything difficult from your life realistic. These are the roots of the R/Hr and H/G relationships. Ridiculously sounding or not, there are relationships out there that have not been affected by divorce, separation, hatred, abuse, and all together bad choices. People do have a close bond that ties them together for years, and years, and years...
This is H/Hr. Simple and platonic like that.

Because all good relationships are the same.

Ya Hmmm Tar and Feather.....I like it good one. Dont forget to then egg and toilet paper her house.

Grease and spoon her! /Tale Spin

Once more, I find myself wondering if the Harmonians have actually read the Harry Potter books or if they all just somehow got their hands on a Harlequin romance in a HP cover with similar names. Because I'm pretty sure the HP books I read weren't actually about romance and instaed about, y'know, Voldemort and shit.

but honestly, i don't think jkr is that stupid not to end it with HARMONY!

Think again, biz-natch!

I fear for JKR after the 7th book comes out. These people are insane.

I shouldn't be shocked/appalled/surprised by anything they say anymore, but... yeah.

I refuse to believe that the shipping has been set in HBP and that the final book is going to be all about JKR wrapping up her loose ends and the final defeat of Voldemort.

You? Are not allowed to read Harry Potter anymore. You must hand in your books and you may not buy Book 7. You may not even check it out from the library.

And I know there's not much point in saying this, and I know better, but... can't two characters have a significant relationship that isn't about teh sex?

It's like buying a product then finding out it's broken and you can't take it back to the store because of the store's "as is" and "all sales final" policies.

Book 7 without H/Hr... It's like Iraq, in a way.
