Over on Portkey, a classic 'H/Hr happens in book 7' thread is going on. And it deserves a mention for this quote alone:

It would be nice to get a description of how it will feel for Harry to kiss Hermione for the first time. We got no "real time" description of Harry's kiss with Cho, the kiss with Ginny was not really described other that it was implied that it was long and passionate (the "several sunlit days" (gag me) description).
And again:
That's what we've all been waiting for, IMO...a scene in which we get Harry's thoughts and feelings about kissing The Girl. We didn't get that with Cho at all -- their kiss was entirely off the page. We got some Harlequin Romance drivel in HBP, which sounded so bizarre that I had to hope it was done that way on purpose. So what's left for us to witness is Harry kissing a girl for whom he was deep feelings (which he had for neither Ginny nor Cho). When Harry does kiss someone he feels for that way, I hope JKR will describe it in terms of how it makes Harry feels - not just physically but emotionally. And for heaven's sake, no more of those dumb chest monsters (rolls eyes emoticon)
