I think you're taking this a tad too seriously. It's a photoshop of a fictional wizard jumping over a great white, for chrissakes.
And as I said, it's not in reference to DH; if it were I'd have kept the title as Deathly Hallows and let the picture speak for itself. I'm pretty sure that for a lot of people the series jumped the shark with OotP and for plenty more with HBP. And if for some people it took all the way until Hedwig gets killed off to realize that this is kind of a lousy series of books, well, then, there's still plenty of series left to be ruined.
The point of the post, as a matter of fact, was to ask for suggestions for an AS/S t-shirt.
