If by "post" you mean post anything, including comments, then logically anonymous posting shouldn't be enabled at all, either.

On the other hand, if by "post" you mean post journal entries, then there is no problem, as using OpenID doesn't allow that. It only allows one to post comments under a username rather than anonymously through something like a psuedo-account. I've only used it on GreatestJournal as I linked, and on there can apparently friend people and presumably be friended by them, but I can't make journal posts or anything of the like, only comments.
