No, you have to make a post on something controversal, and make a stupid, little considered comment on someone else's response to the post. Make one or two further replies superficially contrite, but with an undercurrent of stupid. Stop responding. The wank will take care of itself, and you get to make self-depreciating jokes for several weeks, because you're just that humble.
