5:56p - These have been marinating a while
Law of Inevitable Legal Reference - In any online argument about the merits of a legal issue, the McDonalds "hot coffee" lawsuit will inevitably be mentioned.
Rhakshai's Erroneous Citation Corollary - If the person who brings up the "hot coffee" lawsuit uses it as an example of frivolous lawsuits, that person loses the point and will be permanently enjoined from claiming to be knowledgeable about legal matters.
And inspired by an entirely different wank:
The Eric Cartman Axiom - "Screw you guys, I'm going home." -- Eric Cartman, South Park Anyone who claims insult and threatens to leave the forum/community over a minor slight/disagreement shall be adjudged immature and stripped of all credibility.
The Weepy Troll Precursor - If the person threatening to leave was the one who started the dispute in the first place by insulting a significant portion of the community's membership, he shall be forced to eat Tamarind until he really does cry like a little girl.
