	I hear you there. I used to visit message boards in the HP fandom, and now I just get teh funneh at f_w, and never bother to see what they're disscussing at FAP, because it's all too bizarre. 	Cassie is rather witty, very amusing, and quite widely read. Also, she was the only person in the Nimbus Draco discussion other than me who would admit to liking CANON Draco. Oh, you mean the Nimbus Draco discussion that took place informally after the panel? Because I didn't actually get to go to that one, but I was the moderator for the actual panel on Draco, and I know that I, personally, love Canon!Draco, so. Just saying. :)) Not that I was a very brilliant moderator for that discussion, but I think that there was a consensus from at least 4 out of the 5 panelists that JKR had made Canon!Draco appealing in terms of wit and endurance.

I can't recall. Which is a sign that I should go to bed. I mostly remember that Cedar said something directly to me that irritated me incredibly at the time, but Tinderblast and Telepwen (I think) told me later that it was meant as a joke. Maybe it was you and Cassie, maybe it was a different discussion. I know you love the little bastich though :D & 93, the Azalais needs sleep.

She deserved it, I don't see why everyone was so up in arms. Plagiarism = bad = BANNED, MUTHAFUCKA. It's that simple.

And Christ, if you're gonna plagiarize, at least make it part of a good fic. Around the time of the banning (before? after? I forget) we had a long email convo that basically ended in me explaining at length why I didn't like the DT and her replying that it was a matter of taste with no hard feelings and oh, by the way, those authors you mentioned liking better than me are teh suxx0r.

We haven't exchanged a single word since.

	I think we need a law saying that as a (book) fandom-related wank grows longer, the probability of someone comparing the author in question to Anne Rice approaches one. When that happens, the wank is over; whoever brought up the vampires has lost and should be stoned to death with week-old mackerel. Naturally, this law is not in effect if the wank actually IS about AR. (Reply to this)
