Forgive me if there's already a law like this, but I haven't seen one.
The Misinterpreting Snacky's Law Law:

Anyone who accuses anyone else of breaking Snacky's Law because of the other party's opinions on fictional characters or anything else, when the other party has not, in fact, actually called the accuser or any other opponents "mean girls" automatically loses the argument, the Internet and life in general.

Addendum: This applies to Godwin's Law as well. Just replace "mean girls" with "Nazis."

Feel free to suggest other addendums and less awkward wordings.

I think this is the best law I've seen in a good long time.

It's a good law.

I'd also add the addendum that when it comes to fictional characters, the exception to both Snacky and Godwin is when the characters in question are (a) mean high school girls or (b) Nazis. It's not a violation of Godwin's Law to mention that Colonel Klink is a Nazi.

Shouldn't that go without saying? Like how Godwin's doesn't apply if you're discussing mid-20th-century German history?

You'd think. But on the 'net, I don't think anything really does go without saying. "It's just your opinion that the Heathers are mean high school girls!"

"I'm not really Colonel Klink! I'm just assuming his form!"

Good point. You'd think it'd be obvious, but for some people, nothing is obvious.

I don't know if I've ever actually brought it up, but I think it's kind of funny. At one point (thanks to a mistranslation), horns were actually considered a sign of holiness and whatnot. That's why that one statue of Moses has horns, even.

However, comparing mean high school girls to Nazis or Nazis to mean high school girls should still be fair game.

But what if the mean girls from highschool were Neo-Nazis?

That is a satire just waiting to be made--Neo-Nazi Heathers.
