At the risk of wanking in the house, I'd be more willing to agree with you if the context of the conversation was not Harry Potter fans wanking about their Dog-given right to post dumb shit on the Internet. The Civil Rights Movement was about addressing the legacy of slavery so that an entire race of people would no longer be treated like second class citizens in our own country.
