A Query
I have a question.

If Snapefen accuse their opponents of "being bullies just like the Marauders" or "hating them for existing", does it invoke Snacky's Law? And what about accusing the other side not of being bullies, but of rabidly defending bullying?

No, because comparing people who disagree with you to fictional antagonists from a kids' book is a thousand times more hilarious.

.... And they're not even antagonists.

You could fit what I know about Harry Potter in a matchbox...though thanks to [info]fandom_wank, you'd at least have to take the matches out first.

^^ Lucky you! I like the books, but god does the fandom scare me sometimes. Sadly, this seems to be a trend with my fandoms (HP, LotR, Sims); love the source material, horrified at the fandom.

When I thought, "They're agonists? That doesn't make sense ... wait, maybe ... " I realized that I had been spending too much time on my neuroscience reading.

Oops.
