Proposed new law:
Based upon this piece of particularly unfunny business involving Amazon.com and GLBT books, minim_calibre at LJ suggests this law, based on Clarke's 3rd Law:

Any sufficiently advanced stupidity is indistinguishable from malice.

I'd call it Minim's Law. Thoughts? Kudos? Raspberries?
