In Portland we were invaded by pirates. No really. Real Pirates. About 200 of them. There was some kind of ~~Pirate Plundering Party~~ Plunderathon going on, and I guess they decided to walk around Portland raid US. It was the most awesome thing ever, worth getting groped for! (to be fair, it was a female pirate, and the girls were nearly popping out of my corset)

Our favorite photographer, Simon was back and walked around several times, taking pictures. He was also seen cracking up over some of our more hilarious antics. Win!

Oh yeah. Pirates!

Apparently Anonymous was out here in Halifax today in a location that wasn't near our poorly-located Co$ Church. But I didn't see them, woe, and my "source" only saw them from the bus.

I think this is a good thing - I've been thinking for some time that we're not getting anywhere our here by being outside of a house in a strange location no where near any foot traffic on a Saturday.

	Amsterdam was epic win. Great atmosphere, lots of dancing and pirate flags. Flyers went quicker than ever. We had balloon swords, plenty of chalk, a great sit-in and a few OT spais who came out for a chat with our OG and Freezone near the end. (Reply to this)

Some Scilon came out of the org early in the raid to wade through San Francisco Anonymous, passing out anti-Anonymous propaganda fliers. ..to Anonymous.

It was a lot of pre-protestfag Anonymous stuff--things relevant to the purely *chan-based Anon entity (you know, the self-admitted schadenfreude Anon). Mention was made of the epilespy website hack. And of course, references to Anonymous being terrorists *yawn*.

The KICKER on this flier was the bit at the end, where they quoted the bible passage on Legion as the devil. ..and cited Wikipedia as the source XD Apparently they were doing this at other orgs in various cities, so my guess is this is their BIG PLAN to try and offend Anonymous out of their own movement. Ha.

Jason Beghe didn't make a second appearance in SF this time around, but there was still massive win and piratey goodness, with lots and lots of giant Pirate!Anon flags and balloon parrots/swords. And also some Jesus raep for shits and giggles. And as always, cake. The unity that the pirate theme gave us, I think, made the usually receptive SF public even more curious and open to discussion. Here's hoping the hivemind tries this again!

That only proves how little they know about Anonymous. The chanfags are just about impossible to offend.

And LOL at them citing Wikipedia instead of the Bible. Hee!
