So it turns out Anonymous isn't quite so anonymous after all...
Anonymous prosecuted for DDOSing the Church of Scientology.

How so? Seemed like a pretty straightforward article - minus avoding calling out 4-chan by name.

And my favorite part of the article:

A core group graduated to real-world demonstrations outside of Scientology centers, where they were joined by mainstream critics of the church, who largely mistook Anonymous as an anti-Scientology group, rather than anti-everything.

I liked the part where they implied swaths of activists had been duped, because all the Anonymous that protested Scientology were only doing it in their offtime from killing kittens, and those poor activists thought they were serious.

Scilons were handing out leaflets about that to us on Saturday. Poor kid.

And that, boys and girls, is why I don't DDOS.
