This wank comes to you from <http://www.livejournal.com/community/customers_suck">customers_suck</a> on lj, home of many wanks. Original poster posts about smoking sections and dinner smokers and isn't actually wanky. However, that soon changes, and the wank is coming from both sides.

Marvel at [info]marveen's revelation that wanting to smoke at dinner is unreasonable and being addicted makes you WEAK, DAMMIT.

See [info]starzz show great sensitivity!

This isn't the splortiest wank I've ever seen, but the immediate mouth-frothing on both sides amused me.

Darn it, I was just typing this up to post! Oh well, at least it got reported. What a mess. That puts it up to three things I guess you shouldn't bring up in public unless you want an argument: politics, religion, and the right to kill yourself and anyone around you smoking.

I work at a store that sells cigarettes. And when people ask me if they can, say, have a pack of Marlboro Lights, I don't press the page button and say, "FILTHY SMOKER AT THE FRONT REGISTER. FILTHY SMOKER AT THE FRONT REGISTER."

So yeah. Now I dead from coke cancer.

Smoking is invasive. Whether or not you believe it actually causes cancer first or secondhand, some people choke on the smoke and it can set off asthma attacks. We should have courtesy for others and not let own own addictions interfere with their lives.

Did I ever say I was a proponent of smoking? Nope. I'm not, actually, but that's not the point; the point is the wank, and the wank was on both sides. Join in the thread if you feel the need to debate. I'm just here for teh funneh.
