Over at Customers_suck, the wank just keeps on rolling.

Any of you ever have a customer you just wanted to smack for saying something so stupid? I'll admit I'm a bush supporter , but sometimes when customers make comments on politics , they're fucking stupid.Like when I was a bagger at Publix one lady started talking politics , and she said " I'd vote for Osama Bin Laden over George W. Bush." I kind of thought , I don't really care if people don't vote for George W. Bush , but to say you'd support fucking Osama Bin Laden!?WTF! I wanted to slap that bitch so hard. Some customers just need to grow some fucking brains.

We should all know by now that mentioning George Bush and supporter in the same sentence on LJ is just begging for wank (which spurts in the comments from both sides).

I know, I mean you go and make a community for it, and then pass it on to someone else because you hate politics, and you still end up getting your shirt ruined by the splooge

Yup. Tried to make a jurisimprudence law about invoking Dubya in an unrelated topic once, and immediately got accused of being a biased liberal, thus proving my point.

New Law?

I think there's a law to be made regarding the invocation of Osama. I'm no big fan of Bush, but I do still have a sense of reality.

The index at [info]jurisimprudence is down, so this may be a re-run, but I propose: "Comparison of a US political leader to Osama bin Laden shall result in immediate loss of argument. One who invokes said comparison shall be required to refrain from objecting to anything the US government does, on threat of death, for one year."

Because really, if you're able to make the comparison publicly without fear of retribution, it's probably not a fair comparison.

Isn't that sort of a corollary on Godwin's, though? Osama bin Laden, Nazis, Hitler, the KKK and so forth?

(Though I agree there should be a law involving the invocation of Dubya, somewhere. If nothing else, for the politiwank comm.

Godwin's political comparison corollary?

As for Bush, I'm stuck. Invoking him is like sending an engraved invitation to everyone's inner Wanky McWankerton. Too much spooge, too many directions: god!wank, logical fallacy!wank, grammar!wank... it's plain duck and cover time.

OK, I've put too much thought into george for the day. I have to go find some way to make my life productive.

Mm. The spooge flies hard and fast, to be sure, but it always does in political "debate".

To be fair - the woman's remark was pretty wanky even in hyperbole, sure. But this makes her a sucky customer how...?

I wouldn't vote for George Bush if the Democratic ticket was Charles Manson and Osama bin Ladin.

Besides, with the latest revelations about the "it's okay to torture people if the president says it's okay, because, hey, he's the president!" legal opinion-memos leaked, Georgie-boy's becoming more and more like the "hater of freedom", eh?

That's what Third-Party Candidates are for!

Besides, I live in Nebraska, aka, one of the little red states. (Did I get the colors right? It's been so long since I watched an election on YV). Might as well.
