I found some new religious homophobia wank, courtesy of LJ Drama.

Meet amandagrace. amandagrace believes that homosexuality is bad, and that all homosexuals should be yanked from public schools and placed in special schools paid for by "rich perverts in Hollywood". She also seems a tad confused as to whether gays were born gay or heterosexual.

Homosexuals are responsible for the spread of AIDS (yet most people who have it are straight, I believe...).

She also wishes she were Jewish under the Old Law, believes gays are violent, and that they're causing riots in her journal OMG.

But how DARE you judge her! You hypocrite! Don't make her get RIGHTEOUS on your ass!

And then of course, there was this little gem that gave me the heading for this entry.

I think we may even have an instance of Godwin's Law. Too bad she wasn't the one who made the comparison. It would have been funnier.

Young Christians who attempt to justify their unreasoning hate of homosexuals or any other *issues* they have...always wanky, but never worth the time some people earnestly put into trying to reason with them. I always have the urge to shake people like this and ask if there are not perhaps any issues that might be more worth their time and energy, but apparently NOTHING is better than fag-bashing and blaming the ills of the world on them...and not the self-righteous born-again freak that's currently running our country.

In brief discussion regarding Amandagrace with TBQ at Subway (before we went to the movies)there was speculation that Amandagrace might be a Sockpuppet/Troll, though I opted for Very Young Indeed, and Likely Not Ready To Have Opinions About Things She Has No Knowledge Of.

It annoys me to be judged by someone who doesn't know anything at all about how I live my life or what sort of person I am, but instead judges by the encompassiing "Evil Homosexual" epithet.

Because I think said wanker is probably pretty young, and hey...it *is* her journal, so knock yourself out with your bigoted, know-not-of-what-you-speak, LAME rhetoric...I refrained from smiting her with my indignant wrath (which would probably have been wanky in the extreme) still....can I just say...GROW UP!

Actually there is a school in New York now I believe that is just for homosexual students. So she is getting her wish courtesy of the homosexual community who somehow feels that segregation is the answer. They're baffling, the lot of them.

I wonder if the people in Sodom and Gomorrah had gay schools? They probably did. To think that they were destroyed by fire and brimstone. Hmm.

We're actually covering that story in my religion class. It's interesting that she focuses on the gay part but forgets that the entire city wanted to rape two men and then Lot offered up his two virgin daughters instead. IE: "Hey guys, rape my two girls but leave these men alone." Oh, and the later incest between father and daughters.

That story wasn't about gay love, but dominance by one town over two strangers (by making the other men take the roll of the woman, which was used to break them of their pride). They were destroyed for being assholes, not for being gay. (And Gomorrah was only mentioned in passing, btw.)
