	Frankly the thing that gets me is that a lot of people shut up if they learn, as they usually do, that they've made fandom wank. When someone jumps the gun and posts proto-wank, it frequently nips the wank in the bud and we all lose. Then that fucking babyjesus starts crying and it's just bad all around. If you can't see that pre-emptive wanking nine times out of ten kills the funneh before it's even started thus making it yet another dull, pointless post to scroll past [like, I might add, the other half a dozen dull, pointless posts that you can't even deign to call 'wanks' because they too have been killed by pre-emptive posting], then I suspect you're a lot simpler than I gave you credit for.

Maybe I'll just start posting random entries from my livejournal to

oft_wank,

fandom_wank or even

political_wank [depending, of course, on the content].

After all, "the wank hasn't started yet, but I expect it'll come fast and furious soon enough."

	That's so unfair. Especially since that booklet was replaced with "My [blank] Was Pastede On! Yay! --- The Only Reference You Will Ever Need" graphic pamphlet. and also, see, this is one of the issues with the self-modding thing. speaking up to say 'i don't think this belongs here' is a perfectly normal and accepted FW response, especially when it's to underline a structural/labeling issue and not a way to try and stop wank you're involved in from being reported.

saying that 'not wank yet' shouldn't be here is like pointing out 'this belongs in i_wank'. I don't see why FW members should stop themselves from posting their opinions on that front.
