	As a completely off-topic aside, I have a hobbitslash site and get hits from military and government sites on a pretty regular basis - the Treasury Department seems particularly fond of hobbitporn. The best, though? Someone once hit my site, at work, from the Archdiocese of New Orleans. If you heard anything about lightning striking it, that would probably be why. (Reply to this)(Parent)

lj_nifty rocks, doesn't it? I kiss the man who came up with that cut tag, even if the text box holding the generated code is a bit tiny.

Damn, why can't I ever have a job where I can look at the internet all day instead of having to do actual work and being away from a computer except for POS terminals all day?

I figure that putting multiple pictures behind a cut, whether they are of naked Edwardian vamps, kittens, flowers, a new car, getting your clit hood pierced, etc. Not everyone's on broadband or their work's supafast T-3. Dial-up folks get pretty dang weary of waiting three-four-five-ten-fifteen pictures to load. Hell, I'm on DSL and I'd rather have the option of clicking a link instead of having pictures pop up at me.

I have a theory that some people just can't -deal- with the fact they caused other people to not like them even for a few seconds. So they attack all and sundry if they are called on their mistakes. I've dealt with people like that. (The person is -still- attacking me in their own dumb ass way). I've almost been someone like that. But I'd just obsess and call myself dumb after making only-human mistakes.
