Amberdrake is an artist who occasionally draws on the Fearsome Oekaki board. (Warning: NOT WORK SAFE. The image referenced in the wank is G-rated, but the drawings on the board are all the way up to X-rated. It's an adult board.)
Gamma thinks Amberdrake sucks. Darmok thinks so too, and he also decides to insult Amberdrake over an injudicious comment she once made about copyrights. Some people jump to Amberdrake's defense, there's a brief flurry of wank, and then it all dies down.

Small wank, yet satisfying.

(For the record, I like the artist in question.)

Oh hey, I visit there. I enjoy Amberdrake's artstyle, but she's been wanky before about copyrights. I think she likes to put these long copyrights or always mention that her characters are her. (When... honestly, I don't think anyone cares at an oekaki...) I honestly can't remember though, interesting to see her again in the spotlight.

Egh, shame that I can't get the page to load. Fearsome Oekaki and I haven't been on very good terms lately.

(For the record, E!'s stuff is wonderful.)

Yeah, I had a look at some of the older stuff and there have been tangles over this before, but this time there's more wank coming from the people yelling at her.

I draw there, actually. I'm Ampersand.

Heh, can people going "Omg you are so wrong her art is the best!" be considered wanky? They sure seem to be backing her up excessively.

Looked at your art, its very lovely. I love Oekaki!

Haha, did you guys happen to catch that HUGE wank that happened a few weeks ago? I was SO tempted to report it, but alas, most of it was deleted.

...basically Fig and some of her friends ganged up on an artist (I forget who), gd-kun came in and kicked some asses, and then someone wrote the LONGEST GOODBYE POST EVAR. gd-kun even altered the front page for a while to say something along the lines of "DON'T WRITE 'OMG I'M LEAVING POSTS' YOU DOUCHES."

...also, Amberdrake's art bores the fuck outta me. It is all multi-colored furs posing. It has no soul...

...but I do not comment because it will start wank...you will get the fans going "OMG SHUT UP HER ART IS TEH GREATEST!" simply because they do not realize that throwing compliments on people and worshipping them is bad, but then you will have people who try to balance that out by "critiquing" but do it in such a way as to be assholes.
