Troll! In the Comics!
And it has lj-cut wank, and furry wank. Hooray!

Meet SeantheSean. Sean writes a webcomic. He decides to post a sample to the Online Comics LJ community -- note the semi-topless female character in the corner. There are rules governing the posting of images/comics to OnlineComics -- notably the 'use an lj-cut' rule and the 'put some description in your lj-cut so we know what the hell we are clicking on' rule. Sean does neither and pretty much explains that he will not follow rules unless he bloody well feels like it.

Wait a bit... Sean decides to dig back a couple of months in the archives, and posts replies to purplevix and kelloggs2066, telling them that furry comics are against the community rules.

Kellogg calls him on it here, and we see much more trolling by Sean...

Dammit, the main female character in my comic has been completely topless for the last two weeks, and I haven't gotten any wank at all.

Maybe if I had more than 18 readers...

Well, you didn't post un-lj-cut images to a large community.

BTW, link? I always like more comics to read.

You're right - I'll just have to be pushier about it. I should also really learn how to draw nipples.

Can I pimp my comic as well?

I'm thinking we need to make a subthread here to pimp fw-ers' comics.

http://comic.phoenixdawn.net -- the thing is on hiatus as I have grad school aps and my GREs to do.

! Dude, I had no idea that was you. This was you. Whatever. Hi! *waves*

And as for the original thread, the only part that did make me laugh was "stick it to the man by posting a graphic online, while making fun of the internet on the other hand, yeah!! Way to stick it to the man, man!" Ummmhm.

Not that it wasn't funny, just that this guy's type of attitude grates on my nerves. People who know they're assholes, enjoy it, will never stop, and don't even have the courtesy to be fucking funny about it. They're just irritating.

Anyway, blah blah I'm done.

Jeez, that guy is annoying. And not funny or interesting, more like a third-rate R. Crumb wannabe. I prefer the original Crumb, thankyou. Though if someone wants to attend the Church of Crumb and show the influence, they have to show the influence, not the rip-off.

But yay! I get more webcomics to look at thanks to this post!

I also highly recommend Scott Kellogg's strip, 21st Century Fox, if it's not on your reading list already. He has talent with his storylines. O_o I've never actually broken down crying over characters introduced just a few panels ago until this guy. He knows the buttons to push and the strings to pull.

The mods should ban him and be done with it.

It's always so cute wanktastic to see people trolls suffering from a massive attack of entitlement like this.

Who wants to take bets? On one hand, we have the possibility of Sean growing a pair and learning some manners and learning how to behave like a real person, and the other, we have the possibility of him getting his happy ass B&! and he'll go run crying to his mommy the SA goons about those mean, mean Furries. 9_9

I think I'm suffering from too much pre-NaNo optimism. I actually want to bet on the first option even though I know the second is by far the sure winner. And if any of you see my anti-humanity cynicism wandering around, tell it I need for it to come back home now, mkay?

Personally, I'm hoping SeanTheSean (Perhaps he uses a redundant name so he can remember it?) will just get bored and go away.

Otherwise, I may have to start remembering all the lessons I learned before I wrote "The Art Of Flame"
