This wank posting thing is addictive. Moving along:

Someone decided to go into scorpio_forum on LJ and post a message that consists of, more or less, "Scorpios suck, and here's why."

Needless to say, the community's not too happy.

The wank also continues briefly in a new post.

The highlight of this thread is the Scorpios getting annoyed about the OP making broad generalizations and then making statements like "a pissed off female Scorpio is like Lady Macbeth on crack." Which admittedly is a hilarious mental image, but it's also pretty wanky to say 'no generalizations' and then generalize yourself. Some of the posters also say "we're not all controlling psychos!" and then continue, "Aquarians are all inflammatory!" (The OP being an Aquarian.) Some of them are obviously joking...but some of them seem serious.

Best comment is from muninx: "Everyone makes assumptions that I'm some sort of cruel, sex crazed maniac, and I'm really sick of it. I know this isolates me from 90% of this community, but the reason I'm here is to deflate some swelled Scorpion heads and to offer non-scorps like you an alternative viewpoint."

In other words, "I hate when people assume that I'm like the rest of you."
