4:56a - More knitting wank
They're at it again.
_crowjane posts to knitting, expressing her outrage at a ball of yarn that apparently costs ninety dollars. She ends her short but enraged post with this line: "Even if it were spun from God's magical fucking pubic hairs, I would not pay that much money."
Sixteen comments later, enter reverberate, who seeks, in the worst case of netspeak I've seen in a LONG time, to educate _crowjane about God.
(thanks to  pandoras_closet for clueing me in . . . shall have to redouble my efforts to lure him to the wonder that is wank . . . )
Late Edit: It should be noted that this all went down last year, so it's a Golden Oldie! (This'll teach me not to post at five in the morning when my eyes are soaking in a glass by the bed . . . )

In New Zealand tattooing is a big deal culturally to the native people. Some white people ("Pakeha") really dig this idea and would like to have tattoos too. (Keep in mind some of these Pakeha are either part-Maori or have lived in the country for generations) The Maori go berserk-insane about the very idea that a Pakeha would DARE be interested in emulating a bit of their culture. Because if you're white, you suuuuuuck!
In short: fap fap fap. Pages and pages of it. And yep, Godwin's Law gets invoked.
ETA: Hmm, apparently Pakeha now means "anything BUT Maori." So don't feel left out.
