12:04p - Baseball wank!
Note: as a New England-bred lurker I have some vague regional loyalty to the Sox, but I think this bias is fairly well balanced by my opinion of sports in general as incredibly silly.
So, much to the entire country's surprise, the Boston Red Sox win a game. Over on LJ, ![[info]](http://www.journalfen.net/img/userinfo.gif) padraiceen gloats over this in a mildly amusing fashion, and girlxfriday metaquotes him/her.
Then the Yankees fans start coming out of the woodwork, incensed that the Sox fans don't know their place, which is sitting in Hahvahd Yahd eating chowdah, apparently.
Not to mention OMG we're not sore losers! You're sore losers! Shut up shut up shut up! MOOOOOOOM!
All this over a bunch of guys chasing a ball around.
ETA: Now with gratuitous scrolling pictures of marine life adhering to people's genitals?!
Dude. This is the most fun I've had all week. XD
