2:25a - What the font?
On 1001Fonts.com, Typologic puts up a font called JayCons, in which letters come up as selected Japanese characters.
Which causes a wank-almighty because they're *also* Chinese.
Language books fly, education and cultural background are invoked, and someone's real name is used as an insult.

12:55p - WE ARR INTELLEKCHOOULLL JIENTS!
Why am I a member of this community? Beats me. The name is annoying, the attitudes are annoying, but occasionally I get some good recs, so I journey on like a good soldier. But, recently, and thankfully, it's been bringin' the wank.
I'm only going to report one instance today, though, because I can do that, but if anyone wants to travel back to the Kerouac wank, I think it's still on the front page. Wotah.
reanimator feels that he doesn't need to read J.K. Rowling's work to say that she's a load of shite, and illustrates this...um...somehow. I was kind of distracted by the pretty picture, and my eyes didn't de-glaze until they fell on the wank.
And then it gets stoopid.
To use logodaedaly's metaphor, it basically goes into 'whose literary schlong is bigger'.
It includes such gems as:

Will and Jada Pinkett Smith confirm the rumors: they have an open relationship.
The folks at ohnotheydidnt have a lot to say about it -- but not as much as the gang at blackfolks.

On the uk_pregnancy community, desi_derata posts about being unable to breast feed her son due to medical reasons.
In the comments, iuil takes exception to this and says desi_derata wasn't trying hard enough and shouldn't play the victim.
desi_derata bans iuil from her own community, newparents, in a comment disabled post
buzzy_bee posts on newparents to tell everyone she's leaving because the mod was meeeean.
Plenty of spooge all over. I'm just surprised the boob_nazis haven't weighed in. Yet.
