if this is unrelated, i'm sorry.. but i feel like it kind of does relate. when i see a cow, it is no different from my 3 guinea pigs at home. it is living, breathing, feeling, loving.. it deserves to live."
Everything seems to be going along okay until a few people disagree and someone else points out that a vegan diet isn't always an option. The OP bares her fangs. Predictably, it escalates, the OP makes a few "OMG eating meat means you like to make animals suffer!!1" posts, and eventually the PETA is mentioned.
If you'll all excuse me, I'm off to rape a cow eat a steak dinner.

11:50p - Rape Defense wank
Over on the UC Davis LJ community, someone makes a post about FemDefence, a device that is shaped like a tampon, only with a spike on the end, intended to cause injury to a rapist's penis should he attempt to attack a woman. (Yes, it is meant to be worn in the vagina).
People start wanking. Fight between ghost_coyote and lycaon25 ensues. My personal favorite moment: the soon-to be classic "I'M SO SAD I'M CRYING DICKS!" illustration.
Pretty small, but I found it amusing.
EDIT: The device is fake (From the website: "The idea for the rape-protection device and the woman behind it have functioned as symbols for the debate on inequality between the sexes and men’s violence against women.") However, it still caused a very tiny wank.
