Stumbled on some wank on TradeMe while looking for something completely different. Couldn't resist. Sorry it's a mess, I'm not entirely sure how to lay it out.
As far as I can tell, it starts when bubalovelyloves sells a mobile phone. TradeMe goes down four minutes before the auction ends, not counting any possible auto-extend time (ending two minutes after the last bid). davecut is the last high bidder.
( And that's the problem. )
I don't actually care who's in the wrong over this. What matters is that davecut is... delightfully incoherent. He even remembered to give feedback:
I WON THIS ITEM ON A OPEN PUBLIC AUCTION. HOW EVER THE SELLER NOW IS RELISTING THE ITEM, THIS IS DIS HONNEST. FIRISTLY THIS TRADER IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED. SECONDLY TRADE ME IS SPONSORING HER BY ALLOWING HER TO SELL MY ITEM ,,, IN EFFECT A "STOLEN" ITEM. I am unsure why dave had posted this negative feedback against me. TM was experiencing problems during the closing minutes of my auction. I have contacted TM and have relisted because it was unfair to sell when people were unable to bid!
