10:44p - The mysterious clitoris
There's some controversy over a picture included in the Wikipedia article on the clitoris. Who knew that a plain photograph of a unaroused female genitals could be so ... stimulating? There seem to be four five [edit] camps:
* It's an article about the clitoris, so we should see a clitoris" versus "the picture we have is better than nothing, which is what you've got to offer" versus "I like the picture"
* "Some people may find the image offensive and we should accomodate them" versus "some people may find the image offensive and they can fuck off"
Cue edit war and pages of wank. There are personal attacks, links to porn sites, mocking of girls who aren't born knowing where their clit is (I almost wanked), and out-of-place sexual boasting ("I can find the clitoris ... while bartending ... in the dark"). Voices of rationality ("we should show as many pictures of clitorises as we can find") go unheard.
Amusingly, most of the wankers appear to be men.
