In the ever-ridiculous Gothic Babes community, ![[info]](http://www.journalfen.net/img/userinfo.gif) saint_amaimon makes a post containing the following, "I am THE MOST GOTHIC PERSON IN THE ENTIRE WORLD, and I am no longer allowing any of you to call yourselves "goth"."
Some call troll. Others are unamused. And still others take it waaay too seriously.
Meanwhile, summon_the_rain, bastardsaint and 0_apathetic_0 further troll the community. Lovesmasher and scarypete mock them. Inevitably, 0_apathetic_0 and her sockpoppet journals spam lovesmasher's lj. All but one of the several hundred she posted have since been deleted. By her. Too much effort, dude.
Thus proving, once and for all, that goths really *are* the most melodramatic subculture evar.

. . . in socialanxiety, no less.
omicronayin posts to socialanxiety. I'm not quite sure WHY, or WTF he's talking about, but apparently it has something to do with Nixon, uptight chicks, and cocks. Very little of what he says makes sense outside of his own little world in which he is known, and it seems that he has a massive addiction to replying again and again and again to both his own post and to other people.
Then the thread dissolves into lots and lots of discussion of cocks and all matters related thereunto, as well as lots of wannabe-snark and other middle school insults.

6:02p - Bayes Law wank
Mini-wank in debate.
raving_wolf posts about random drug testing using statistics that to people not familiar with statistics may seem wrong, but are correct. Bayes Law is not something most people can grasp very easily, so people complain loudly.

testing postitive when something really is negative does not have the same probability as testing negative when something really is positive.

And since I am already at it, bad_sex is having its wanks weekend.
Instance 1: gregkash, the local 'whining about not getting any' virgin posts his 234th instance of not getting any. The community is not amused, but some also defend him.
Instance 2: yahvah claims that a woman with a bigger ass also has a tighter vagina in the comments to this post. She/he/it can't back it up, but argues and argues and...
Instance 3 (locked post): The mod steps in after yet another grammar/spelling discussion. Unfortunately, I can't find the post that sparked this.

Urban Decay is a fun LJ community where people post pictures of old or condemned buildings in cities around the world.
mgarin73 posts a picture of a neat old building in Detroit.
daemonwolf comments: It's a shame that downtown Detroit is not an acceptable living environment for most. I've always thought that building would make remarkable luxury apartments.
If only the city would really make a turn around. It's gotten better since I left, but not nearly enough.
